Twice during one shore driver, bikers approached my car from diagonal line on drivers side, out of view of mirror or drivers vision. Bicycles not motorcycles. They were not visable because driver was actually blindsided. But, they were angry because they expected driver to give way to them. Obviously the careful driver would give way, but being blindsided, there was no way normal driving by the person would he/she have noticed bicycle riders. Riders have responsibility too.
An incident occurred in Manhattan. A twenty year old girl, unfamiliar with City traffic, stepped off the curb expecting drivers…like those in suburbia…to stop and let her pass.
A friend with her pulled her back before she was hit by a car.
